These Terms and Conditions ("Agreement") constitute a legally binding contract between you ("Player", "User", "you") and nagt88 ("nagt88", "the Platform", "we", "us", "our") governing your access to and use of the nagt88 website, mobile interface, games, sports betting markets, and all related services (collectively, "the Services"). By creating an account, making a deposit, or placing any bet on nagt88, you unconditionally accept every provision of this Agreement. If you do not agree to any part of these terms, you must immediately cease using the Services and close your account.

nagt88 is an internationally licensed offshore gaming platform. These terms are written and enforced in the English language. In the event of any discrepancy between a translated version of this Agreement and the English original, the English text shall prevail.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing nagt88 in any capacity — including browsing the website without registration — you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by this Agreement in its entirety. This Agreement supersedes all prior communications, representations, or understandings between you and nagt88 relating to the subject matter herein.

nagt88 reserves the right to amend, modify, or replace any provision of this Agreement at any time without prior notice. The date of the most recent revision is displayed at the top of this page. It is your responsibility to check this page periodically for changes.

2. Eligibility & Registration

To register and use the Services, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria:

• You are aged 21 years or above at the time of registration and at all times during your use of the Services.
• You are not accessing nagt88 from a jurisdiction where online gambling is explicitly prohibited by applicable law.
• You are registering on your own behalf, not as an agent or representative of any third party.
• You have not previously had an account on nagt88 closed, suspended, or terminated for a policy violation.
• You are not a current employee, contractor, or immediate family member of an employee or contractor of nagt88.

nagt88 reserves the right to request documentary proof of identity and age at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory verification documents within the requested timeframe may result in account suspension and the withholding of pending withdrawals.

3. Account Registration & Single Account Policy

Each natural person is entitled to register and maintain exactly one (1) nagt88 account. Registration of multiple accounts by the same individual — whether using different names, email addresses, mobile numbers, payment methods, or device identifiers — is strictly prohibited. Where nagt88 determines that multiple accounts are linked to the same individual, all accounts except the first registered will be permanently closed. Any balances or bonus funds held in duplicate accounts will be forfeited without compensation.

You are responsible for providing accurate, current, and complete information during registration and for updating your account details promptly if any information changes. Providing false information at registration is a material breach of this Agreement and grounds for immediate account termination.

4. Account Security & Password Responsibility

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username and password. All activity conducted through your account — including bets placed, deposits made, and withdrawals requested — will be treated as having been authorised by you. nagt88 accepts no liability for losses resulting from unauthorised access to your account where such access results from your failure to keep your credentials secure.

If you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must notify nagt88 support immediately at [email protected]. nagt88 will never contact you to request your password through any communication channel.

5. Deposits, Withdrawals & Payment Methods

All financial transactions on nagt88 are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). The following payment channels are supported for deposits and withdrawals: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank, City Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank, Sonali Bank, Visa, and Mastercard. Minimum deposit and withdrawal thresholds apply and are displayed on the cashier page.

Deposits must originate from a payment account registered in your own name. nagt88 does not accept deposits from third-party sources. Any deposit identified as originating from an account not belonging to the registered player will be returned and may trigger an account review.

Withdrawals will be processed to the same payment method used for the original deposit wherever technically possible. nagt88 targets withdrawal processing within one (1) to three (3) business hours for bKash and Nagad channels, though processing times may extend during periods of high volume or pending verification requirements. nagt88 reserves the right to request additional verification before approving any withdrawal.

nagt88 does not charge processing fees on standard deposits or withdrawals. However, your payment provider may impose its own transaction fees, for which nagt88 bears no responsibility.

6. Bonuses, Promotions & Wagering Requirements

nagt88 offers promotional bonuses, free bets, cashback rewards, and other incentive programmes to eligible players from time to time. All promotions are subject to specific terms communicated at the time of the offer, including but not limited to:

• Wagering requirement: The number of times the bonus amount (or bonus plus deposit amount) must be wagered before any associated winnings become withdrawable.
• Eligible games: Certain bonuses may be restricted to specific game categories such as slots, live casino, or sports betting. Bets placed on excluded game types may not contribute towards wagering requirements.
• Minimum odds: Sports betting bonuses may require bets to be placed at a minimum stated odds threshold to qualify for wagering contribution.
• Expiry period: Bonuses and any winnings generated from bonus funds are subject to an expiry period, after which they will be removed from your account automatically.

nagt88 reserves the right to amend, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice. Participation in any promotion constitutes acceptance of its specific terms in addition to this Agreement.

7. Fair Play, Prohibited Conduct & Fraud Prevention

nagt88 is committed to maintaining a fair, transparent gaming environment for all players. The following conduct is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of this Agreement:

• Using automated software, scripts, bots, or artificial intelligence to interact with any game or the sportsbook.
• Colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game, tournament, or betting market.
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or errors in any game or the platform itself. Any winnings generated as a result of a technical error are void and will be removed from your account.
• Engaging in any form of money laundering, structuring, or use of the platform to conceal funds derived from illegal activity.
• Placing bets on sporting events where you have any form of inside information or where you are in a position to influence the outcome.
• Chargebacks, payment disputes, or any other action intended to reverse a legitimate transaction without the prior authorisation of nagt88.

nagt88 employs fraud detection systems that monitor accounts and transactions on a continuous basis. Where prohibited conduct is detected, nagt88 may immediately suspend the account, void all open bets, and withhold any pending balances pending investigation. nagt88 reserves the right to report suspected fraudulent or criminal activity to the relevant authorities.

8. Responsible Gaming & Self-Exclusion

nagt88 is committed to responsible gaming and provides every registered player with access to tools that help manage their gambling activity. These tools include deposit limits, session time reminders, cooling-off periods, and self-exclusion options. Players may access these controls directly from their account settings at any time.

Players who wish to permanently close their account for responsible gaming reasons should contact nagt88 support at [email protected]. Self-exclusion requests are processed within 24 hours. During a self-exclusion period, no new accounts may be registered and any attempt to circumvent the exclusion will result in permanent account closure.

9. Intellectual Property

All content published on nagt88, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, game interfaces, software, and data compilations, is the exclusive property of nagt88 or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property law. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Services for your personal, non-commercial entertainment only. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or commercially exploit any content from nagt88 without prior written consent.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, nagt88 and its officers, directors, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Services, including but not limited to:

• Loss of funds resulting from unauthorised account access due to your failure to maintain credential security.
• Interruptions to the Services caused by scheduled maintenance, unscheduled technical failures, third-party network outages, or force majeure events.
• Incorrect bet settlement arising from data feed errors provided by third-party sports data suppliers, subject to nagt88's right to void and reprocess affected bets.
• Any tax or regulatory liability you may incur in your jurisdiction as a result of winnings or activity on nagt88.

The total aggregate liability of nagt88 to any individual player in respect of any claim shall not exceed the total net deposits made by that player in the thirty (30) days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

11. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable to nagt88's international licensing jurisdiction. In the event of any dispute between you and nagt88 arising out of or in connection with this Agreement or the Services, you agree to first contact nagt88 support at [email protected] to seek an informal resolution. nagt88 will endeavour to respond to all formal complaints within five (5) business days.

If a dispute cannot be resolved informally within thirty (30) days, it shall be referred to binding arbitration under the rules of a mutually agreed arbitration body. You waive any right to participate in a class action or representative proceeding against nagt88.

12. Termination of Account

nagt88 reserves the right to suspend or permanently terminate any player account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, for reasons including but not limited to: breach of this Agreement, suspected fraud, failure to provide verification documents, prolonged inactivity, or for any other reason that nagt88 deems necessary to protect the integrity of the platform or its players. Upon termination for cause, any balance held in the account may be forfeited. Where termination is initiated by nagt88 without cause, the player's verified balance will be returned via the player's registered payment method.

13. Privacy & Data Protection

nagt88 collects and processes your personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into this Agreement by reference. By accepting these Terms & Conditions, you also acknowledge and accept the Privacy Policy. nagt88 uses 256-bit SSL encryption to protect all data transmitted between your device and the platform.

14. Severability

If any provision of this Agreement is found by a court or arbitrator of competent jurisdiction to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable in any respect, that provision shall be severed from the remainder of the Agreement, and the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
